Anchor Florence Santa Croce

This hotel in the Jewish neighborhood of Firenze is in a perfect location, within walking distance to most sights. The rooms have a great view of the Florence synagogue and come with sufficient air conditioning. I particularly loved the tiny terrace in my room. The breakfast spread was amazing with delicious cappuccinos and many options to choose from.

No improvements needed - all was perfect!

The owners were really nice, terrific stay, filling breakfast, helped book tickets, perfect location, Tuscany feel.

The location of the hotel was great, close to key attractions and easy to walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance throughout my stay. The breakfast provided a good variety of options to start the day.

The hotel room was in poor condition with signs of wear and tear. The room and bathroom were not clean, and the noise from neighboring rooms and above was disruptive to sleep.

The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, providing an authentic experience. It is also close to many attractions and in the center of Firenze. the friendly staff offers helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants and places of interest.

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the city center but in a quiet area. It was also conveniently close to the synagogue and all the attractions in Florence. The room was comfortable, with a nice shower room and excellent Wi-Fi, which was a must for our 17-year-old daughter. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We also appreciated the option of having a triple room instead of paying for two separate rooms.

We found that there was only one power point for recharging phones, which was a bit inconvenient.

We were actually surprised when our room was upgraded without any additional charge. The facilities at the hotel were great and we especially enjoyed the variety of choices available for breakfast. The location was perfect, as it was near all the main attractions in the area. The staff were kind and our room was tidied and cleaned every morning.

During my recent stay in Florence, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that made me feel at home. The room was impeccably clean and cozy, providing every comfort I could need as a lone traveler. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the little comforts provided. The delicious and plentiful breakfast was a great way to start my day of exploring. The hotel is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything, making it convenient for sightseeing. what really stood out to me was the really good staff. The manager, Armall, were pretty good too ensure that my stay was enjoyable. When I unfortunately broke my eyeglass frame one Sunday morning, Armall took it upon himself to fix it for me. I cannot express enough how grateful I felt for his kindness and thoughtfulness. All in all, I found this hotel to be excellently managed and would highly recommend it to others. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

All in all, this hotel provided a great stay and there was nothing that we found to be lacking.
